You can order your repeat medication in several ways:
Please note we do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions as mistakes are possible.
Please complete the prescription re-order form then post, fax or drop in to the surgery allowing 48 hours for processing. You can either collect your prescription, enclose a SAE or we can send it to Larkhall Pharmacy or any other local pharmacies.
Alternatively you may now order online. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using this service.
However if you have not yet registered for online services we will accept prescription requests for the next few months via contact us form on our contact page.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
If asked, please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
