Travel Vaccinations – NHS service
Regrettably we have decided to stop our additional service of providing private travel vaccinations and travel vaccination advice. This will enable us to focus on our essential nursing services. However you will still be eligible to receive the following vaccinations which are available on the NHS:
- Cholera
- Diphtheria, polio and tetanus booster
- Hepatitis A – some combined vaccines, such as hepatitis A and B
- Typhoid
We are unable to give travel vaccination advice as we did previously and we advise you to look at the following website which will give you all the advice you need:
National Travel Health Network Centre ( www.nathnac.net )
If you need vaccinations other than those listed above we recommend that you have these done first, at a private clinic. Some suggestions are listed below:
- Bath Travel Clinic, Pulteney Street Practice 0330 100 4115
https://www.masta-travel-health.com/
- Bath Travel and Vaccination Clinic , Oldfield Surgery 01225 820461
http://www.bathtravelclinic.co.uk/
- Nomad Bath Travel Clinic 01341 555 061
https://www.nomadtravel.co.uk/travel-clinic/bath-travel-clinic
After you have seen the private clinic you can then book in with our nurse, for the NHS vaccinations if required
